Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Paralegal Pro, we value transparency, fairness, and client satisfaction. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to protect both you and our business while ensuring clarity throughout the process.

Right to Cancel Within 24 Hours

You may cancel your service agreement for any reason within 24 hours of signing the contract.


If you choose to cancel within this period:

  • We will immediately refund any fees you have paid.

  • The only fees we may retain are for services that were actually, necessarily, and reasonably performed within the 24-hour period with your knowledge and agreement.

 

Please note:
This 24-hour cancellation right does not apply to Rush Service Charges.

How to Cancel

To cancel your contract, you must provide written notice. You may do this in either of the following ways:

  1. By Mail:

    • Send a written cancellation notice to our business address (listed on our Contact page).

    • Mail it via first-class postage, and your cancellation becomes effective on the date of the postmark.

  2. In-Person Delivery:

    • Deliver a written cancellation notice directly to our office within the 24-hour period.

Cancellation Due to Contract Issues

You may cancel the contract at any time (beyond the 24-hour period) if:

  • We fail to provide you with a copy of the signed contract before performing any services, or

  • We fail to clearly specify in the contract the services to be performed and the related costs.

If either situation occurs, you are entitled to cancel and receive a refund of any fees paid, minus fees for services knowingly and reasonably performed with your consent.

Refund Processing

All applicable refunds are processed promptly and issued through the same method in which the original payment was made, unless otherwise agreed.
